UAE to expand trials for COVID-19 vaccine to other countries

Bahrain is actively participating in the UAE's phase III clinical trials for the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to Ashish Koshy, the CEO of G42 Healthcare, Bahrain is working on enrolling and vaccinating close to 6,000 volunteers. 

He clarified that this expansion enforces the ongoing collaboration between the two countries. 

Speaking to ARN News, Koshy revealed that there will be more collaborations in the future. 

 

He explained that the current trials have also shown positive results so far.
