Afghanistan to face India for Asian Games cricket gold

Afghanistan defeated Pakistan by four wickets in the Asian Games' men's cricket semifinals on Friday to book a gold medal decider against India.

Gulbadin Naib's men restricted Pakistan to a modest total of 115 in the T20 match and chased it down with 13 balls to spare at the Zhejiang University of Technology ground.

The two teams were represented by their second-tier players as the main playing XI are in India for the ODI World Cup.

Afghanistan will now face India in the summit clash on October 7.
