His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has congratulated China after its spacecraft entered the orbit around Mars.
The Tianwen-1 probe reached the Red Planet on February 10, a day after the UAE's Hope Probe made history.
"I would like to congratulate the People's Republic of China and President Xi Jinping. Space and Mars have opened up a new stage for scientific cooperation and created new opportunities for mankind to build a better future," Sheikh Mohammed said on Twitter.
