Some roads leading to Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena on Friday and Saturday will be affected due to heavy rain, with concert-goers urged to take the Dubai Metro.

Taking to their official social media handles, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said Al Safa Street, Al Badaa Street and Sheikh Zayed Road at the intersection with the Financial Centre Street will be affected on both days between 5:00 pm-midnight.

Those heading for the award-winning composer Hans Zimmer's concert at Coca-Cola Arena are being tipped to take the Dubai Metro.

"Use Dubai Metro towards Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall Metro Station for easier travel," the RTA added.
