The UAE weather authorities have issued a red and yellow alert on Wednesday as heavy fog reduced visibility across some parts of the country.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that dense fog is expected to remain in several inland and coastal regions until 10:00 am.
Police authorities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi have urged motorists to exercise caution on the road, with road users in the capital city urged to follow changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards.
