UAE President, Dutch King discuss bilateral ties and regional developments

UAE President H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a phone call from King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.

The two leaders reviewed opportunities to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the economic and development sectors, in support of the shared interests of both countries.

They also discussed preparations for the 2026 UN Water Conference, which the UAE will host in December, reaffirming their commitment to advancing cooperation in the field of water security and sustainable development.

The call further covered a number of regional and international issues, including developments in the Middle East.

Both sides stressed the importance of promoting regional security and stability and supporting efforts to achieve lasting peace.
