UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with the rulers of Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain and Ajman have signed the National Education Charter.
It sets out a unified foundation for the sector and reaffirms that education remains the cornerstone of the UAE’s development journey.
The event marks Emirati Day for Education, observed every year on February 28 following a directive from the UAE President in 2024.
