Residents and tourists can now offer condolences to the late Queen at the QE2 in Port Rashid, Dubai and St. Andrew's Church in Abu Dhabi.
The arrangements were made by the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the office of the British Embassy in Dubai.
Condolences in Dubai can be given at the 13-deck floating hotel, which used to be a luxury ocean liner, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. today.
Residents and tourists in Abu Dhabi can now offer condolences to the late Queen Elizabeth II at St. Andrew’s Church, Al Barq Street, Al Mushrif, between 12 noon to 6 p.m. from Monday, 12 September onwards.
According to a statement by the organisers, members of the public will be able to sign a condolence book and, if they wish, leave flowers or pay tribute in their own private way.
Mourners are advised to plan their visit ahead of time, as queues are expected at both of these locations.
Online messages of condolence can also be sent through the following link here, and a selection of these messages will be passed to members of the Royal Family.
