Take note, some of the services provided by Dubai Police will only be available through their smart channels from the beginning of next year.
It’s going to cover as many as 15 services.
Reporting bounced cheques, lost and found enquiries and reporting traffic accidents without injuries are some of them.
Al Qusais, Al Barsha and Ports Police Stations are the only ones that’ll continue to provide these services manually.
The changes come into effect from January 2, 2020.
Here’s the full list of the 15 services:
Reporting bounced cheques, lost and found enquiries, requests for report of traffic accidents without injuries, reports of traffic accident against the unknown, replacement of lost traffic accident reports, requests to release impounded vehicles, requests to pay fees for impounded vehicle, police clearance certificates, lost documents certificates, traffic fines clearance, to whomever it may concern certificates, work permits at night, detainee visit requests and traffic fines payment.
