The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince has thanked Emirati citizen Ghobaisha Al Ketbi for her exemplary efforts in serving the community, describing her as a "role model".
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, conveyed the special message of gratitude during a telephone call to the Al Ain resident.
Al Ketbi won his attention for generously supporting police officers at a checkpoint near her home in Al Shuwaib with free meals from the moment it was set up.
She even provided iftar meals for the officers during the holy month of Ramadan.
"We are proud of her and her initiatives in serving the nation and society, and what she does is appreciated and we are grateful to her," Sheikh Mohamed said.
"The leadership of the UAE and society cherish these positive and benevolent examples of citizens and residents, and appreciate their sincere efforts for the country with their community initiatives in various circumstances."
