Abu Dhabi's ISTIJABA helpline to offer COVID support 24/7

Abu Dhabi has expanded the ISTIJABA call centre to provide COVID-19 information round the clock.

Making the announcement, the Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee explained that ISTIJABA will respond to queries about preventive and precautionary measures in the capital, procedures to enter the city, safe entry requirements for public places, and how to use the Al Hosn app.

They will also respond to queries regarding COVID-19 tests and vaccinations, the emirate’s quarantine and isolation process, and mental health support.

The call centre is available via the toll-free number 800 1717 or +971 800 1717 when calling from outside the UAE.
