Driver alert: thick fog blankets parts of UAE

Motorists are being urged to exercise caution as dense fog has covered large parts of the UAE.

According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), visibility levels have dropped to less than 1,000 meters over some coastal and internal areas.

Drivers are being reminded to keep a safe distance between vehicles, avoid speeding and unnecessary overtaking.
