An explosion occurred in one of Al Qusais area's restaurants due to a gas leak.
Dubai Police rushed to the scene of the incident after receiving reports about the situation at 4:00 am on Monday.
The emirate's police force confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
The explosion caused significant damage to two other restaurants, a pharmacy, a beauty salon and three parked cars located near Damascus Street.
Officials are reminding restaurant and café owners to carry out periodic checks and maintenance work at their facilities to ensure that they meet the emirate's health and safety guidelines.
