Hatta put on a spectacular show on Thursday in celebration of the 50th UAE National Day.
The grand event, staged in the middle of Hatta Dam depicted the UAE's history, present and future through creative and artistic storytelling.
The celebration featured a floating stage, drone-led fireworks, special performances and stunning light displays to tell the story of the Emirates.
Key moments in the history of the nation and its recent achievements were highlighted, while images of the UAE’s founding fathers and their signatures on the declaration to form the Union were also displayed.
The Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers witnessed the celebration.

Tonight's invitation-only show will now be open to the public from December 4-12, with tickets priced at AED 300.
