Up to 426 Dubai citizens on low incomes will have their outstanding housing loan payments cleared, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has announced.
Writing on Twitter, His Highness said the amount waived totals AED 146 million and the Supreme Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs will be responsible for carrying out the directive.
Sheikh Hamdan added that they "continue to implement initiatives and provide support to enhance the standard of living for all citizens in Dubai."
