Private schools, nurseries and universities in Dubai will switch to distance learning on Friday, December 1 ahead of the UAE National Day holidays.
That's according to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which confirmed the move on its social media platforms.
The private education regulator added that Monday, December 4 will be a day off and regular lessons will resume on Tuesday, December 5.

A long weekend is in store for public and private sector employees to mark the 52nd National Day as December 2,3 and 4 have been declared as official holidays.
