The UAE has airdropped a fifth batch of humanitarian aid in northern Gaza as part of its joint operation with Egypt.
Teams from the UAE Air Force and the Egyptian Air Force carried out the operation using aircraft loaded with around 62 tonnes of food and medical aid.
This brings the total amount of aid provided to 231 tonnes since the launch of 'Operation Birds of Goodness' last week.
The operation, which is set to run for several weeks, is part of the UAE's 'Gallant Knight 3' initiatave, which was launched in November 2023 to support Palestinian civilians affected by the war in Gaza.
