UAE condemns Israeli attack on aid workers in Gaza

The UAE has strongly condemned the Israeli airstrike in Gaza that killed several people working for the food charity World Central Kitchen.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said the UAE has called for an urgent and transparent investigation and the punishment of those responsible for the attack.

The ministry conveyed its condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims and their countries, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
 
It also stressed the importance of an immediate ceasefire and to avoid imposing restrictions on humanitarian aid and using food as a weapon.
