A 1.9-magnitude earthquake was recorded in the UAE on Thursday.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the quake was recorded off the coast of Dibba Al Fujairah at 8:03 pm, at a depth of about 17 km.
It was slightly felt by residents but did not have any effect on the country.
