Why you must buy tickets only from authorised outlets

If you are planning to attend a concert or a sporting event, then you must buy only from official outlets. 

Whilst a resold ticket might seem like good value, you are actually in breach of the terms and conditions.

Andrew Cook, head of Strategy and General Counsel at Flash Entertainment, explains.

After several reports of counterfeit tickets being sold for big concerts and sporting events in the UAE, new approaches are being trialled.

Andrew tells us what measures event organisers are employing to combat the fraudsters.

A Dubai resident, who had recently purchased tickets on a third party website, speaks of her experience.
