A Careem driver has been honoured for his honesty after he returned AED 900,000 in cash left behind by a passenger.
Mohammad Orfan Mohammad Rafeeq alerted the officials at the Bur Dubai Police station, and handed over the cash.
Brigadier Abdullah Khadim Sorour, Director of Bur Dubai Police Station, honoured him with a certificate of appreciation and highlighted their keenness to strengthen the concept of community partnership.
Rafeeq also thanked the Dubai Police for the recognition, and added that it gives him pride and joy.
