UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone call today with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, focusing on strengthening ties and addressing key regional and global issues.
They discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the UAE and the UK to support shared development goals.
The call also touched on recent developments in the Middle East, with both sides affirming their support for efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and ensure the steady flow of humanitarian aid.
Sheikh Mohamed expressed his appreciation for the UK’s recognition of the State of Palestine, emphasizing that a two-state solution remains the most viable path toward lasting peace and stability in the region.
